A little sketch I did of San Francisco’s Legion of Honor. I joined a sketching group that gets together every month to sketch things around town. I’ve got to get out more. There’s so many things to draw in this great city, just so little time.

Notice it’s for the then state of the art “AT Mother Board running DOS”. For those of you that don’t know, that’s pretty ancient stuff … (and therefore dates me). Sheesh – if I only had a nickel for everything that I know now. LOL.

I wanted to show a dynamic foot doing something rather then lying flat on the ground. Here is what I came up with. It all started out with a foot that I liked and everything followed. My daughter asked me, “Why the four toes Daddy?” I told her that’s the way it is in the cartoon world.
